Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the qqjili Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
qqjili reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
To register and use the qqjili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
qqjili may request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. qqjili reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
To access real-money games and services on qqjili, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active qqjili account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. qqjili employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be immediately suspended, and all associated balances, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qqjili login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. qqjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify qqjili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat or email.
qqjili is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You may be required to submit copies of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. qqjili reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
qqjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. qqjili does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within ten (10) minutes for GCash and PayMaya under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. qqjili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for review.

Anti-Money Laundering Notice: qqjili is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger a compliance review and temporary account hold.
qqjili offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by qqjili are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
qqjili strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. qqjili reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
qqjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, provided the player has not yet breached the applicable bonus terms.
qqjili offers a range of online gaming products including slot games, live casino tables, bingo, keno, lottery, and other games as made available on the Platform from time to time. Game availability may vary based on your location, device, and account status. qqjili reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time.
All qqjili games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer games use physical dealing and shuffling equipment monitored by independent oversight. qqjili is committed to providing provably fair gaming outcomes to all players.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, qqjili reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wager amount to the player's account. qqjili shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Winnings generated as a result of a software error or malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. qqjili reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player account at its sole discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qqjili Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
Zero Tolerance: qqjili operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud and cheating. All suspicious activity is logged, investigated, and reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
All content on the qqjili Platform — including but not limited to the qqjili brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of qqjili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of qqjili.
Any unauthorized use of qqjili's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, qqjili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
qqjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your qqjili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit qqjili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
qqjili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
qqjili complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.
qqjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, qqjili may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation.
You may close your qqjili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided your account is in good standing and all KYC requirements have been met. Accounts closed voluntarily with a remaining real-money balance will have that balance returned to the player's verified payment method.
Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion period or permanent self-exclusion through our responsible gaming tools. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the qqjili Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. qqjili operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law.
qqjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, qqjili will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the qqjili Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
